USER AGREEMENT
This set of universal service terms is formulated for all users who access and use our independent cross-border online service system, aiming to standardize the service interaction relationship between the service provider and users, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of both parties in the service process. All online service behaviors based on this independent service system, including but not limited to browsing access, account registration, demand publishing, online transaction, service consultation and after-sales communication, are governed by these Terms. By initiating and continuing to use any service of the system, you confirm that you have fully understood and voluntarily accepted all the contents of these Terms, and agree to abide by all service specifications and behavioral constraints stipulated herein.
We independently operate and maintain a universal cross-border online service system, covering diversified service and commodity transaction scenarios without fixed category restrictions, and commit to trying our best to provide stable, open and standardized online service support for all compliant users. In the daily operation process of the service system, we will dynamically adjust service functions, optimize service processes and improve service experience according to user usage feedback, technical iteration progress and market demand changes. All service adjustments will be presented through the system page in a timely manner, and users can always check the latest service standards and rule contents.
During the use of system services, users shall abide by universal network service ethics and the mandatory provisions of these Terms, and ensure that all personal operation behaviors and submitted information are legal, true and valid. Users shall independently bear all risks and liabilities arising from improper operation, false information submission, unauthorized use of system resources and violation of service specifications. We will try our best to build a safe and standardized service environment, protect user account security and personal privacy information, and standardize the whole process of service docking and transaction delivery, but we do not undertake absolute service guarantee obligations beyond universal industry standards.
In terms of transaction and after-sales services, all transaction behaviors shall be subject to the real-time rules, pricing and after-sales policies displayed on the system page. We will try our best to coordinate and handle users' reasonable service demands and after-sales applications, and properly solve service disputes within the controllable scope. Considering the uncertainty of online service operation and objective environmental factors, the system may have temporary service anomalies or function adjustments. We will try our best to minimize the adverse impact on users, but we will not be liable for losses caused by objective uncontrollable factors and users' subjective improper operations.
We reserve the right to revise, supplement and improve these Terms according to service operation and business development needs. The revised Terms will take effect after being displayed on the system page, and users' continued use of system services will be regarded as recognition and acceptance of the revised terms. These Terms constitute the complete service agreement between the two parties, replacing all previous oral and written agreements related to the service relationship.
