PRIVACY POLICY

Dynamic Revision Version | Universal Cross-Border Independent Site Specification
This comprehensive privacy policy is specially formulated for cross-border online independent service scenarios, applicable to all user access, browsing, interaction and service use behaviors, with universal adaptability and no restriction on any service and product categories. This policy comprehensively covers the whole link rules of user personal data collection, processing, utilization, transmission, storage, protection and update, aiming to provide users with transparent, standardized and secure privacy protection services. We will constantly try our best to optimize the data protection system, adjust service rules in combination with actual user scenarios, and maximize the protection of user legitimate privacy rights and interests.
       ~~ 1. Preface & Service Scenario Application Rules ~~
User privacy security is the core prerequisite for the sustainable operation of our online cross-border services. All data processing behaviors of our platform are based on the principle of user trust and privacy priority. This policy applies to all service scenarios of the online independent platform, including desktop terminal access, mobile terminal access and all interactive channels derived from the service.
All users who initiate access and use behaviors to the platform shall automatically recognize the binding force of this privacy policy. If any user does not agree to any content of this policy, they shall have the right to terminate the use of platform services at any time. We will as much as possible ensure that all terms of the policy are fair, reasonable and easy to understand, and avoid obscure and restrictive clauses.
       ~~ 2. Full-Scenario Personal Data Collection Rules ~~
In different service interaction scenarios, the types of user personal data we collect are different, and all collection behaviors follow the scenario matching & minimum necessity principle, without passive excessive collection and unauthorized hidden collection. The detailed collection rules for each scenario are as follows:
Basic Access Scenario: When users browse the platform homepage, functional pages and public content, the system will automatically collect basic technical data such as access device information, network environment, browsing time and page stay track, which is used for platform traffic statistics and public content optimization, and will not involve user private sensitive information.
Interactive Service Scenario: When users carry out consultation, feedback, personalized setting and other interactive operations, we will collect the personal information actively submitted by users, including contact identifiers, personalized demand content, service feedback opinions and other information required for completing user interactive service docking.
Authority Activation Scenario: When users activate personalized service authority and open exclusive service functions, we will collect verification information matching the service authority, which is only used for user identity confirmation and authority opening verification, and will not be reused in other irrelevant scenarios.
~~ 3. Standardized Purpose & Boundary of Data Utilization ~~
We strictly define the utilization purpose and boundary of all collected user data, and all data utilization behaviors are limited to the service scenarios agreed by users, without cross-scenario unauthorized use. The core utilization purposes include the following dimensions:
First, basic service guarantee: Use user interactive data and verification data to complete daily service response, user demand docking, service function opening and other basic operations to ensure the normal and stable operation of all platform service functions.
Second, intelligent experience optimization: Analyze user browsing and operation track data, summarize user preference rules, optimize platform content display logic, functional operation mode and service matching efficiency, and create more in line with user usage habits of service experience.
Third, platform security risk control: Monitor abnormal operation behaviors through technical data, identify potential risks such as malicious access, frequent operation abnormalities and illegal intrusion, build a platform security risk prevention and control system, and protect user service safety and platform operation order.
Fourth, standardized service communication: Based on the contact information reserved by users, carry out necessary service communication, including service progress notification, function update reminder, problem solution feedback and other content, and will try our best to avoid invalid disturbance and frequent marketing interference.
       ~~ 4. Third-Party Cooperation & Data Sharing Boundary ~~
In order to enrich platform service functions and improve service quality, we may cooperate with professional third-party service institutions to provide auxiliary service support. In all cooperative scenarios, we strictly abide by the zero unauthorized sharing principle, and define clear data sharing boundaries:
We will never actively share, sell or transfer user core private data to third parties without user explicit written authorization. For the necessary data sharing required by cooperative services, we will only provide the minimum data content matching the service demand, and carry out desensitization and encryption processing on the shared data to shield user personalized identifiable information.
At the same time, we will conduct strict qualification review and privacy credit assessment of all cooperative third parties, sign standardized data confidentiality agreements and privacy constraint contracts, and require cooperative parties to abide by the same high-standard privacy protection rules. We willregularly and as far as possible audit the data processing behaviors of cooperative parties to prevent privacy leakage risks caused by third-party operations.
       ~~ 5. Cross-Border Data Security Transmission & Risk Control ~~
Relying on the characteristics of global cross-border service coverage, user data will involve legitimate cross-region transmission and processing in the process of service delivery. We have built a complete set of cross-border data security protection mechanisms to ensure the standardization and safety of the whole transmission process:
In terms of transmission technology, we adopt end-to-end encryption transmission mode to avoid data plaintext transmission risks; in terms of transmission management, we establish exclusive cross-border data transmission channels to isolate conventional network access risks; in terms of risk supervision, we set up whole-process transmission log records and real-time monitoring mechanisms to try our best to discover and deal with abnormal data transmission behaviors in a timely manner.
We will not expand the cross-border transmission scope and data volume without reason, and all cross-border data processing behaviors are based on the actual needs of user services, without excessive transmission and idle processing of user data.
       ~~ 6. User Full-Cycle Privacy Rights Protection ~~
In the whole life cycle from user data collection, processing, storage to elimination, we fully protect users' independent and controllable privacy rights, and provide convenient and efficient rights protection channels:
Users have the right to know and inquire: You can independently inquire about the type, purpose and scope of personal data stored by the platform at any time, and understand the whole process of data processing.
Users have the right to correct and supplement: For wrong, outdated or incomplete personal information, you can apply for correction and supplement at any time to ensure the accuracy of personal data.
Users have the right to delete and clear: For invalid service data, redundant operation records and unnecessary personalized information, you can apply for data deletion and cleaning.
Users have the right to object and restrict: For unreasonable data processing and personalized push behaviors, you can put forward objections and apply for restricting relevant data processing authority.
We will as much as possible simplify the rights protection process, arrange special personnel to dock user rights protection demands, and complete the response and processing of legitimate applications in a reasonable cycle.
       ~~ 7. Data Storage, Protection & Destruction Mechanism ~~
We adopt classified storage and hierarchical protection modes for different types of user data. Conventional service interactive data is stored in encrypted partitions, and sensitive verification data is stored in isolated high-security servers to build a multi-level data security protection system.
We will try our best to control the data storage cycle, and only retain user data within the valid service cycle. For the data that needs to be retained for security risk prevention, we will implement closed-loop management and regular security inspection.
When the data loses service value or the user applies for destruction, we will adopt professional technical means to completely destroy and clean the data, as far as possible to eliminate all data recovery paths and thoroughly protect user privacy security.
       ~~ 8. Policy Update, Notification & Effective Rule ~~
In combination with platform service iteration, scenario upgrade and industry service optimization trends, this privacy policy will be dynamically adjusted, revised and improved. We will not arbitrarily change the core privacy protection terms involving user rights and interests, and all adjustment behaviors will be based on standardized and transparent procedures.
Before the formal implementation of the updated policy, we will complete public display on the platform, fully inform users of the updated content and adjustment scope, and reserve a reasonable viewing and adaptation cycle for users. The updated policy will take effect after the public display cycle ends, and users' continued use of platform services will be deemed as recognition and acceptance of the new policy terms.
